Badge policy

The Local Elite seal is the only public badge on Solution Malaysia. Most records carry no badge at all.

How it is awarded

A completed six-criteria assessment scoring 85 or above out of 100.
A separate eligibility gate: verified registration, a checked trading address, no unresolved complaint or dispute on file, work evidence and credentials on file with sources, and a public rating checked within 90 days.
A named editor’s approval.

The seal carries a year. A 2026 seal says nothing about 2027.
It is valid for one year and re-checked every year.
A company may use the digital seal only if it links back to that company’s profile on this site.
It is withdrawn when the evidence no longer supports it.
It is never sold, bundled or sponsored, and it cannot be requested.

The two signals stay separate

Best rated is a public Google-review signal with a check date. It is not our judgement.

Company level and the Local Elite seal come from our six-criteria assessment and a named editor. They are never for sale.
