Claim a company policy
Last updated 28 Aug 2026Claiming a record proves you speak for the company. It does not change your level, your rating or your assessment — those stay with our editors, which is the point of the register.
Proof
A claim needs a company email address on the company’s own domain, or a matching registration document. We may ask for a second point of proof.
What a claimant can change
| Field | Editable |
|---|---|
| Services and trades | Yes |
| Contact details and opening hours | Yes |
| Photos and portfolio | Yes, checked before it publishes |
| Credentials | Yes, with a source |
| Company level | No — editorial assessment |
| Local Elite seal | No — never on request |

Claimed is not Elite
A claimed record shows “Profile claimed”. That is a statement about who manages the data, not about quality.
